Miss Pole Dance UK 2009

Miss Pole Dance UK is now a yearly event which is hugely popular and is fast helping to make pole dancing a mainstream dance act, gaining recognition from leading bodies as a reputable sport/fitness regime.

This years event will take place on Sunday 25th October at Scala in London. The competitions start at 1pm and is an all day event. If you fancy some pole dancing fun and frolicks then get yourself down - it's bound to be an exciting day as each year the standards just get better and better.

Like any self respecting girl in the 21st century I LOVE my shoes and finding the right pair to pole dance in holds no exception.

When it comes to heels size really does matter - the bigger the better.
